"Lost Order and Wrong Color Dumbbells"
My order went missing during shipping, and when it finally showed up, the dumbbells were grey instead of black. They sent a replacement for two pairs, but one pair got lost again, and the other was grey too. No solution in sight!

"Still Waiting for My Order"
I placed an order for a barbell on November 28th, and I’m still waiting for it to show up. You mentioned it was dispatched twice, but DPD hasn’t delivered it yet. I got told yesterday and again today, but still, nothing has arrived. Shouldn’t have to wait two weeks for something I’ve already paid for, right? So, where’s my barbell?

After doing a ton of online digging, I discovered that Origin had the best Black Friday offers on rubber flooring. I reached out after placing my order to make sure I was picking the right flooring for my requirements. I had a lengthy chat with a team member who not only reassured me I had made a solid choice but also showed real interest in my home gym project and shared plenty of useful tips. I bought a couple of dumbbell weights for my son's Christmas gift. One came in a damaged cardboard box and was simply dropped off at my doorstep. Since I use a crutch to walk, I had a tough time getting it into my flat. The other one was just sitting on my doorstep, wrapped only in a bit of cellophane around the center. This second weight showed up over a week later.
